Plaster Or Ceramic? Blue Baby Dolphin Emerging From Egg Statue Piece - Handmade?

Item has some wear, dirt spots and scuffing in various areas that may not appear in pictures. Item is hollow and when shook there is something that moves inside, perhaps a chip? The piece opens up in a few areas where the dolphin emerges from the egg, these look like cracks but are natural. There is sticker residue on bottom. Stand about 5.75" to 6" inches ta. I'm not sure of exact material of piece. Please not pictures and condition before buying, sold as is.
