Original WH Heer German WW2 Wehrmacht Medical Leather Field Pouch Dated 1940

Description

This is a nice WH (Heer) Medical Pouch. The EM/NCO's medics and stretcher bearers were each issued with two medical pouches equipped with basic medical supplies to be worn on the load carrying waist belt. The pouch is nicely mker marked and dated with 'bla/1940', indicating production by the company of "e.G. Leuner GmbH' in Bautzen. The paper description label is missing. This is the right side (R) pouch. The pouch is still in good condition. Leather is still strong and stitching is all intact. Nice original Wehrmacht medical pouch.
