Mostly metal with some being metal coated plastic
Some sets.
They weigh in at 7 ounces.

I have taken the photos in different light levels - but be aware that your monitor may show the color slightly different.
They are in excellent condition - clean and thread free - although being vintage they have seen some living.  Please review the photos closely to make certain that these will meet your condition needs.
Good for any number of projects.
