"A Full Dragon Is A Happy Dragon" signed print by Randal Spangler.  Limited Edition 84/950.  Overall size including the matte is just under 13" x 13".  The print is still sealed and in nice condition, but all 4 corners of the largest outer layer (tan) of matte have been damaged during storage.
Still a very cute print!
