--- From the estate of US Air Force Lt. Col. Wilson S. Decker (his name is on the cover). Based on the dates of his training manuals it appears he was active in the Air Force from at least 1952 through 1976 (I have listed a 475th Air Base Wing training guide)
--- In a binder, original stapled or spine binding removed (see photos, you can see the spine edge is rough). Completeness not known. In the Procedures Course Indicator System section there are several written notes in pen that may be related to version corrections, he drew a line through paragraphs with a correction sentence or note. There are some correction pages inserted, I saw C1, C2, and C3 pages, the other manuals from this officer were similar, many had the staples removed to insert corrected pages. In the back I saw some immediate action memos with corrections, like in his other manuals he went through that list and checkmarked each one as he went through the manual and noted the corrections.
--- I did see some other notes or marks in ink on other pages, but not extensively, I can flip through the pages and not see any, but they are there, just not all over the place. Binder is unbranded, label on the front and written inside with name. Binder folds are worn out but still attached. Worn and well used overall.
